Questions Regarding the Content of the Online Application

How do I apply to the Medi-Globe Group?

Your application is the first step into our company. Spark our interest! Please apply exclusively through our career page. To get a detailed picture of your qualifications and interests, you should fill out the application form comprehensively and carefully. Please attach meaningful documents such as your resume, certificates, etc. to your application. The following formats can be attached with a maximum size of 7 MB: DOC, PDF, JPG, TNP, GIF. Please note that incomplete application documents will result in a delay in the application process, as they cannot be reviewed by the specialist departments. Missing documents will result in the termination of the process and thus a rejection on our part.

What should I do if I am interested in several job offers?

To ensure quick and easy processing, please apply for each position separately. Make sure to submit a complete application for each position.

What happens to my data?

 By entering your data, a profile is automatically created with us. Your data will be stored in our applicant database. After submitting your online application, you will receive a username and password, which you can use to access your data at any time.

Can I also apply directly by email?

Please apply exclusively through our job portal and refrain from sending applications by post or email.

Does calling as an applicant increase the chances of an application?

No, you are welcome to ask questions about the application process or the advertised position. All other questions will be clarified in the interview. A phone call has no influence on the application or decision-making process.

I can't find a suitable position. Can I send an unsolicited application?

Of course, you can send us an unsolicited application at any time. Please also use our online application tool for this.

How long does it take to receive feedback on my application?

We want to provide all applicants with timely feedback and therefore strive to respond within a maximum of two weeks after receiving the application. Please understand that in exceptional cases it may take a little longer, as we want to carefully review each application and make a thorough selection.
