YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Support in handling complaints, including damage analysis
  • Documentation and preparation of analysis results and complaint data
  • Monitoring and tracking of CAPA deadlines
  • Participation in the implementation of bilingual process descriptions
  • Support in maintaining the document management system

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Ongoing studies in materials engineering, medical technology, or a comparable field of study
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork ability
  • Enthusiasm for quality-related topics and a high level of quality awareness
  • Ability to independently familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Enjoyment of laboratory work
  • Technical understanding and hepatitis vaccination are advantageous
