In this varied position, you will actively contribute to shaping our planning and control processes. You will combine your supply chain expertise with data analysis, business intelligence and modern digital tools, while bringing in your own ideas to continuously improve our processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data from ERP systems and related databases
- Independently create and further develop analyses, reports and KPI dashboards
- Plan and coordinate production requirements, taking supplier capacities and material availability into account
- Monitor relevant performance indicators and derive, initiate and follow up on appropriate corrective actions
- Take responsibility for managing and further developing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Use modern digital tools and artificial intelligence, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support analyses and workflows
- Prepare and present complex data and interdependencies in a clear and understandable way for different target audiences
- Lead and manage SCM projects as well as continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in IT-related environments
YOUR PROFIL:
- University degree, for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- Alternatively, a comparable qualification combined with sound professional experience in supply chain management and data analysis
- Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, production planning, demand planning or a comparable role
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and related databases, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Proven experience in developing KPIs, reports and business intelligence solutions
- Sound knowledge of Business Intelligence and experience in creating analyses and reports; ideally, experience with Microsoft Copilot or other artificial intelligence tools
- Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management and structured continuous improvement methods, such as PDCA or FMEA
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with numbers and complex interdependencies
- Ability to critically evaluate existing processes and develop new solutions and approachesStrong communication and presentation skills, combined with an independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Strong team player with a high level of initiative and willingness to travel occasionally
