Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Internal and external leadership of product training sessions
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
- Creation and revision of product labels, user manuals, and packaging for medical devices in various European languages
- Design and further development of the product portfolio based on the company strategy
- Conducting regular and systematic surveys, market, and competitive analyses, and evaluating them qualitatively and quantitatively for Post-Market Surveillance
- Support in conducting and implementing clinical evaluations and studies
- Close collaboration with marketing and sales to increase revenue for the product portfolio and product groups
- Identification and advancement of new product ideas, including technical and economic feasibility assessments in cooperation with the R&D and sales departments
- Close and continuous collaboration with technical and regulatory departments to maintain product files, approvals, and master data
- Conducting internal and external training sessions and presentations on product- and marketing-related topics
- Supporting budget and sales planning based on sales forecasts
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and training events
- Assistance in handling complaints and vigilance cases
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a technical field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in sales, product management, or marketing in the medical technology sector, preferably in gastroenterology
- Launch expertise in medical software
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a willingness to familiarize oneself with company-specific software
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative, responsibility, independence, and commitment
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
