YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Responsibility for the administration and optimization of our O365 and Microsoft Windows hybrid server infrastructure
  • Efficient administration and maintenance of our IT systems and clients
  • Active participation in the transformation of our on-premise environment to a complete cloud solution
  • Ensuring smooth IT operations and data security
  • Advice and support in the selection, planning and implementation of new IT solutions
  • Supporting and training users with hardware and software problems
  • Coordination and collaboration with external IT service providers

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Strong process orientation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for new technologies and a high willingness to learn
  • Experience in user support both in remote and on-site support
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a reliable, independent, precise and customer-oriented way of working
