Head of Sales Urology Homecare (m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLANGE:
- Overall responsibility for sales, gross margin, and profitability of the Urology Homecare Business Unit in Germany
- Lead, motivate, and develop both field and office teams, including performance evaluation, target setting, and talent development
- Drive the strategic development of medical aid supply in accordance with legal requirements (SGB V, Medical Aids Directive)
- Optimize prescription and billing processes for medical aids, including the integration of e-prescriptions
- Design and implement a future-oriented digital strategy (ERP, CRM, TI applications, ePrescription platforms)
- Manage key stakeholders including physicians, health insurers, pharmacies, partners, and professional associations
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans in close collaboration with Product Management and Controlling
- Conduct analysis, forecasting, and reporting on market trends, KPIs, and business performance for senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance, quality, and cost efficiency across all operational processes
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- University degree in Health Economics, Business Administration, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales of medical devices or pharmaceutical products, ideally in urology or homecare
- Proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams and overseeing complex sales and administrative structures
- In-depth knowledge of medical aid reimbursement and prescription processes under SGB V regulations
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and digital interfaces between physicians, patients, insurers, and industry partners
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems, databases, and analytical tools
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong digital mindset, and change management expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage confidently at executive level
- Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
