YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
  • Organization and execution of job fairs, recruiting events, and university partnerships
  • Conception and support of measures for personnel and leadership development
  • Responsibility for apprenticeship
  • Execution of onboarding processes for our new employees
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations in the HR department
  • Consulting and support for managers
  • Assisting HR professionals in daily operational HR tasks as well as in HR projects

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification, such as HR specialist or HR business administrator
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a traditional HR department, personnel services, or similar
  • Ideally, knowledge of social security and labor law
  • ADA certificate is an advantage
  • Analytical skills, a talent for developing concepts, and a drive for innovation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a good sense for people
  • Initiative, discretion, and a structured way of working
  • Knowledge of data protection as well as experience in employer branding are a plus
  • Confident handling of HR systems and MS Office
  • Affinity for IT
  • Exellent command of German and Good command of English
