The Medi-Globe Group is an innovative, internationally oriented and fast-growing company headquartered in Achenmühle, Bavaria (Germany). We are a manufacturer and supplier of flexible instruments and accessories in the fields of gastroenterology, pulmonary diseases and urology.
 
For the further development of our Dutch/Belgian organisation, based in Utrecht, we are looking for a highly motivated jack-of-all-trades for various back-office tasks.
Minimum 24/32 hours per week, spread over 4 days, working partly from home is possible.

YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Active cooperation with local management and sales team
  • Customer service for existing and new customers (hospitals) in the Netherlands
  • Customer service for our 2 distributors in Belgium
  • Order processing and contact for our customers and head office
  • Processing and organising returns, complaints and recalls according to the quality system
  • Efficient communication and coordination with relevant departments within the organisation
  • Monitoring and coordinating payment and dunning processes
  • Supporting the creation of the sales forecast
  • Drawing up quotations and contracts including prices and conditions
  • Creating, developing and maintaining the customer database and sales tools, among others
  • Active role in creating evaluations, documentation and presentations
  • Support for specific projects and marketing activities

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Completed commercial administrative education with HBO working and thinking level or a degree in business administration
  • Preferably at least 3 years of professional experience in the medical industry
  • Specific training in the field of medical devices is an advantage
  • You put the customer first and act proactively and, in a solution, oriented way
  • You are an organiser pur-sang for whom quality and change are a logical given 
  • Language skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German e/o French is welcome
  • Practical experience with ERP systems, preferably NAVISION.
  • Good and advanced knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicative skills, goal-oriented, ability to work in a team and resilient
