YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Central product data coordination in close collaboration with departments (e.g., R&D, IT, CS, PM, Sales) 
  • Management and maintenance of product items (existing and new) as well as continuous quality assurance of the data 
  • Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of product data and master data 
  • Optimization of processes by identifying and introducing suitable technical solutions for product data coordination 
  • Support in the introduction of new products and the further development of existing product portfolios 
  • Participation in cross-departmental projects and close coordination with international teams 
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and compliance guidelines in product data management 

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Completed commercial or numerically oriented technical training, studies, or comparable qualification 
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset 
  • Experience with technical software solutions for product data management (e.g., ERP systems); knowledge of PIM and DAM systems is an advantage 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent team and communication skills, complemented by experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration 
  • Innovative strength and the ability to develop creative approaches to problem-solving 
  • High initiative, resilience, and willingness to make decisions independently 
  • Independent and precise working style, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a strategic perspective 
  • Assertiveness and a confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts 
  • Very good English skills, ideally complemented by intercultural competencies; German skills are an advantage 
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with company-specific software solutions, as well as solid IT knowledge
