YOUR CHALLANGE:

  • Drive sales growth and market development for Gastroenterology & Urology across Europe
  • Build and manage strong distributor partnerships and KOL networks
  • Deliver trainings, workshops, congress support, and product expertise to customers and partners
  • Oversee business planning, forecasting, reporting, and support product registrations & compliance in the region
  • Identify market trends, new opportunities, and lead regional educational initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years international sales experience in the medical device industry (ideally Gastroenterology/Urology)
  • Proven success in regional sales management, distributor development, and KOL engagement
  • Strong background in business development, clinical support, and market growth
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) and open to extensive travel across Europe and to HQ in Germany
