To support our presence in Czech Republic – Bohemia region, we are looking for an

Area Sales Manager CZ (m/f/d)

Area of responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and build long‑term relationships with hospitals and urology departments across the Bohemia region
  • Manage sales operations, business partners, and customer support functions
  • Monitor market trends, support marketing initiatives, and develop KOL networks
  • Provide on‑site support in operating rooms during product introductions and procedures
  • Deliver professional training and consultations for medical staff
  • Represent the company at professional congresses and workshops

Your qualifications:

  • Medical sales experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector, ideally in urology or surgery
  • Strong track record in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Readiness to be actively present in operating rooms, assisting during procedures
  • Proven success in business development, sales, marketing, and market expansion
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills; experienced in organizing medical events and building networks with KOLs and reference centers
  • Self‑driven, proactive, and willing to travel regularly within the Bohemia region
  • English or German language skills are an advantage
