To support this growth, we are looking to add an
Area Sales Manager Belgium (m/f/d)
to our team, which currently includes a Country Manager, an Account Sales Manager NL, and a Customer Service Manager
YOUR CHALLANGE:
·Lead commercial strategy and execution for Gastroenterology & Pulmonology brands to drive sales and profit
·Manage sales operations, business partners, and customer support functions
·Provide forecasts, pricing support, and reporting
·Monitor market trends, support marketing initiatives, and develop KOL networks
·Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, reporting directly to the Country Manager Netherlands
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
·MBA or Economics degree with over 5 years of medical sales experience, specializing in endoscopy and working with Western companies in Belgium
·Strong clinical and medical knowledge in gastroenterology, hepatology, and lung diseases, including hands-on experience with ERCP, EUS, and EBUS
·In-depth understanding of the Belgian reimbursement system (RIZIV) and proven success in business development, sales, marketing, and market expansion
·Excellent analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills; experienced in organizing medical events and building networks with KOLs and reference centers
·Strategic, independent, and resilient professional, fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with flexibility to travel across Europe and to Germany
