Area Sales Manager APAC (m/f/d)

YOUR CHALLANGE:
- Take ownership of all commercial activities in the assigned region for Gastroenterology and Urology
- Implement market strategies to maximize sales and profitability in line with budget and long-term plans
- Develop and manage distributor partnerships, including business reviews, performance management, and operational support
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, live cases, and support at international congresses and customer events
- Build and maintain strong KOL networks and position our brands effectively in the market
- Provide first-line product support and guidance to distributors and customers
- Prepare and monitor business and marketing plans, forecasts, reports, and contracts
- Support product registrations, complaint handling, and risk analysis in the APAC-region
- Identify market trends, competitive activities, and new business opportunities
- Drive regional educational and training programs for healthcare professionals and sales teams
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years of international sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Gastroenterology or Urology
- Proven track record in regional sales management with solid MedTech background
- Strong experience in distributor management, business development, and KOL engagement
- Very good understanding of B2B sales, marketing, forecasting, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with workshops, congresses, clinical product support, and market development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills with ability to work in diverse business environments
- Strategic and analytical mindset with structured, process-oriented working style
- Business-fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- High willingness to travel extensively within the region and to headquarters in Germany
